i was banded by dr. neale in july of 08 lost 70 pounds and 80 inches. he is fantastic listens to everything i say and is interested in all parts of my life not just my band. when were you banded and how much lost???

i was hoping for 75 in a year but am happy with the 65.

hi all exactly one week and i have my bandiversary. down 65 pounds and 50 to go

in exactly one week will be my one year. i am down 65 pounds yay me and only have 50 more to go. then i maintain that for three months and then i get plastic surgery yay me. by my bday next year i plan to be having that plastic surgery

congratulations!!! i would do exactly as your doc says. sounds like sound advice i havent been preggo with the band but i do have 6 children. i know afew on the board who have had babies with band and they werent unfilled either. and i believe they just ate smart.

today i will do my walk in the evening had earends this am and a few to run after school. then home to go on a fast walk may only have time for a mile and a half will see.

i will say though since i started walking this much i am bummed about my stall in losing weight but i am definately losing inches. but it is discouraging. sigh

hi all wynn great challenge!!! i have been doing great on this challenge as i take the babies on a walk every day for at least 2 miles. so i walked yesterday and today already 2 miles and pushing 80 pounds

so is there a calculator we can use to fins out how many cals we should be eating in a day to lose the 2 pounds a week???

hi you sound like you are doing fantastic!! i am 8 months out and have lost 54 pounds and seem to be at a standstill i am going to try the 5 day pouch test found here www.5daypouchtest.com alot of people i know have tried this and have had a huge loss to boost them down the scale.

sunshine i am with you there!!! slow and steady wins the race!! sometimes i get a bit discouraged by seeing all the people that have lost over 100 pounds. but i feel i am doing great! keep up the good work!
