  1. I’m 6’1”, weight was 270 on April 5th surgery date. I’m on a 3 day stall now, weighing 257. Consuming around 700 to 800 per day.
  2.    Luna Girl reacted to a post in a topic: Any April 2021 surgeries?!
  3. Regular procedure. But on night two I was in some pain. I am on day 3 now, going into day 4 and feeling better by the hour. I was able to walk around a few hours after surgery. I am also drinking enough, but it’s a struggle. I think I walked too much the day after surgery, and wish I took it easy and rested. I put in 10,000 steps and wasn’t aware.
  4. Happy to report I had my vsg surgery this morning. So far so good! No gas pain or vomiting yet. Just feels like I did 100 sit-ups last night. Sometimes my stomach makes a weird noise, cramps for a second, and goes away. Just a mild discomfort when that happens. Mouth spray has been a life saver!

  6. I’m getting the sleeve. My mother in law said I’m mutilating my body. My own mother who had bypass said everyone she knows who had the sleeve gained it all back. Ain’t family great.
  7. My sleeve is scheduled for April 5th. I also have very bad discs, so no more Aleve for a while is kinda scary. ?
  8. Right now I am at BMI 37. After my pre op diet I think I will be around 35 BMI. Going in for my sleeve on April 5th.
