I was requried to write down all my past weight loss attempts and Dr. supervied I didn't have anything were I had went each month by a Doc to be weighted so I had to do a 6month supervised diet. It passed by really quickly and I got banded in Nov. Feel free to ask me anything if I know the answer i will help.

I was banded in Nov 20th by dr. Terry Pinson Tupelo, Ms and he is great!!!!!!!!

I think it all has to do with what you are comfortable with. So girls are just to self con. to do that till they fill small enough. I thinkyou should go for it when you are ready
