I totally agree with you about the water! It is so difficult to get in 64oz plus all your protein and food. Sometimes I drink water in the middle of the night when I wake up to go to the bathroom. I drink about 40 to 50oz per day I believe. Our stomachs are so small now that it is nearly impossible. It also takes me about 1 to 2 hours to eat a meal but I wouldn't trade this new way of living in for nothing lol. It's definitely a change. And you are so welcome about the lotion. Oh yes I have experienced very dry skin after vsg surgery. I am 3 weeks post op. I have to apply lotion more often than before.
