I take a Complete Multivitamin with iron included (Meijer brand) and I take Calcium chews with D3 (Meijer brand). These work great for me 😁☺

I totally agree with you about the water! It is so difficult to get in 64oz plus all your protein and food. Sometimes I drink water in the middle of the night when I wake up to go to the bathroom. I drink about 40 to 50oz per day I believe. Our stomachs are so small now that it is nearly impossible. It also takes me about 1 to 2 hours to eat a meal but I wouldn't trade this new way of living in for nothing lol. It's definitely a change. And you are so welcome about the lotion. Also you can heat up the Premier Protein Oats in a bowl instead of drinking it cold. I have not tried it heated up but it's so good cold.

Oh my gosh they are so so good! You should definitely try them. Premier as a variety of different flavors so you don't get bored. They even have a 🍌 banana cream flavor! Oh my goodness

Oh yes I have experienced very dry skin after vsg surgery. I am 3 weeks post op. I have to apply lotion more often than before.
