  3. I had my surgery the Rouen Y in 2003 I’m doing good but I am getting older and I think that’s why I feel like I’m gaining. Not sure what the revision is all about I was told I may need one but if it’s not something I truly need I’m good the way I am. Thank you for your response

  6. Yes I meal prepped and I kept drinking 1 protein replacement l l put I have never measured or weighed my food I just prepared 6 small small meals the first 6 months one of the meals were a protein drink and lots of water now I still do the same 17 years post
  7. It won’t strech you just have to be careful you may get a pain in your chest from drinking to fast it hurts so bad

Fruits cause gas as well especially bananas and oranges I am 17 years out Post Surgery and have found eggs broccoli potatoes carrots beans cheese onions bread tortillas pasta and more cause gas and foul smelling toilet habits. I have gone through several different diet plans and you just need to test what works for you every ones bodies react differently to the foods .

I’m 17 years out and have had issues in wanting certain things like candy and fast food but Soda I truly used to drink it all day long after surgery not once did I crave it or want it I thought I would have problems with wanting soda as well @Dadorf5 but truly mind over matter try not to think about it yes it’s hard but you can do it
  10. I used to get that all the time I would tell them I lost half a person. But I had my surgery so long ago I don’t get asked anymore
