  11. I had surgery on the 29th July, the first week SUCKED, but I don’t regret a single thing and would go through it all again! From pre op 2 week LRD up to now, I am 31lbs down.
  12. Ah I see. Well, everyone makes mistakes, but eating solid food two weeks out can cause serious complications. Not trying to alarm you or anything, but just keep an eye on it and see how you feel. Hopefully it was just a blip and you’ll be absolutely fine don’t beat yourself up, this is a difficult journey for everyone but just learn from your mistake.
  13. When you say “very ill” are you in pain? If so you may need to speak to your Bariatric team and tell them everything ASAP.

  25. Hi all, 5 weeks post RNY and the scale hasn't moved since week 3. Getting really disappointed! Weirdly enough I still also feel hunger (I think?) sometimes I know it's head hunger, but other times I really know I have to eat. I'm managing around 4-5 tablespoons of food, which feels like far too much, is it? I also rarely feel full. I don't get any full signs like nose runs or hiccups, so I never really know if I'm satisfied or not. My surgeon told me he gave me a lot of restriction but I can't feel it. I can even drink big mouthfuls of water no problem. So worried I've done something wrong and messed up already

  27. Hi guys! Just wondering if I am doing the liquid stage right? I'm struggling to get the water in as I am only taking small sips. Trying my best to get this better though, but I'm so worried about stretching my pouch. It sometimes hurts when the water hits the pouch too. Secondly, I have been using 250ml bottles of low sugar high protein shakes, but I end up sipping on them all day rather than drinking them at a set meal time. Is this right? Thanks [emoji4]
