Hey Guys, My OP date was July 23rd! I feel fantastic, which is somewhat scary because i expected to feel so bad by now. I Doctor/Plan Coordinator where more concerned about fluids that I really didn't have conditions placed on me except try to get my 64 oz. So that has been blown out of the waer. I am not starting early on the next week, but should I be worrying adding broths and other clear liquids that are not water - to my 64 oz of water? In others words _ I am adding them - and maybe I should not!
