Congrads - Hitting the little goals is a amazing feeling! I am in Florida so a mountain for us is 5 foot elevation! Enjoy life and keep going up the mountains

I did not have a support wife or person but things you should try and do. You need to order a nutra bullet or similar device. Getting those drinks in line are really going to help. Once you master the way to make them they will be a treat for him. Mix them up - I am also a chef = yes you can add ice
Protein Drink, half a banana - and add the powder Vitamins to it =
Peanut Butter powder and banana powder are great! In other words you are making a Protein smoothie.
Now for the liquid phase there is not set time when his body is ready he will move phases. Take it slow!
I agree with above - Get a ton of vitamins and focus on protein for the phase one!

After the shock and awe wore off and i got used to eating less and getting healthy, was about 6 months when i realized this is the new me! Take it or leave it. Now as i have finished the weight loss and switching gears to staying at this weight I do realize I did the right thing

For all of you out there that are on the fence let me tell you this!
You have two choices - Choice one is to stay the way you are and get sick from being fat and die young ............... Or you can make the decision and get a surgery which is tool to get you healthy!
My story
At the age of 51 i decided I had played hard eneogh, Hard core partying drinking girls and of course a miserable diet of garbage food and carbs! I had a issue with my heart and ended up at Naples Cardiac ward! Laying on the table not knowing if i would ever see my two kids again and who would get them thru college and such I made the decision that if i make it thru this Heart Issue I would get healthy. As you can see I am posting so i did make it thru it. I then had the sleeve which was a tool to begin the journey! With this site and getting your head in line, anyone can do it! If anyone needs any help I am paying forward what many here have helped me so PM and I will mentor and help any way I can!
You have to realize being overweight limits you and will kill you - It is not going to be a easy journey but the reward is well worth it -

Getting slammed with the company - guess i gotta up the protien even more - Not gaining muscle but not losing anymore weight? Like a reverse stall....
Going to take a big hit on this virus thing but my staff is being taken care of and heck just make more later to make up for it -

Guess my Doc was a drinker I only had to wait 89 days and 23.99999 Hours! I hit it to the second!
