I had mine on 12/9 and down 30lbs! I’m walking close to mile and a half a day. Now I can’t wait till I can have raw veggies as I am craving salads so bad lol!

The anesthesia can cause that too. I was really itchy on my belly and I remembered I had the same issue when I had my c-section. I knew it wasn’t pain meds as I didn’t take any after either procedure.

I had my sleeve done on the 9th. I am finally to the stage I can add more foods other than red meat and raw veggies. I can not wait until next month when I can have a salad. Lol I still get gas pain here and there but not bad at all. I’m up to walking almost a mile a day. This was the best decision I have ever made!

I had mine on the 9th and doing great! The worse part was waiting in recovery to go to a regular room as I wanted to get out of the bed and sit up! I slept on the Recliner in the room as it was more comfortable. Good luck to all the upcoming surgeries! It was the best decision of my life!

I also drink the Premier Protein. I like the Orange Mango. I had the Bariatric Advantage Fruit Punch made me gag!

I have the same doctor as Grommie and she is right. I had to do 10 days of pure liquid diet and no protein. It is hard but i am on day 8 now and i am not hungry at all and can handle watching my kids eat and even cook for them. That was the biggest challenge as I always would "test" the food before i would serve it. I have lost 20 lbs in the last 8 days.

I just heard back from the Surgery Center and i am scheduled for Monday @ 0800 am! I can't wait to be able to chew real food! (Yes i know it won't be for awhile but damn do i miss that.)

I am having mine on 12/9! I am in day 7 of my liquid diet.. I have only had one bad day with a major migraine! I am truly looking forward to changing my life in a healthy way!
