    I am 4 days post op and I was experiencing exactly what you said and only could keep water down... but it does get better.. I was given nausea meds before and after surgery but the gas made the nausea worse.. Just keep walking and keep the faith.. it is getting better everyday for me! Goodluck!     My surgery was yesterday and I am having some incision pain but mostly nausea, vomiting, and dry heaving... I feel better now that I am at home and have had a shower.     Hi, I am new to this site. I am 34 and starting weight was 281. I am scheduled for the sleeve on Dec 9th. My meal plan was 1 week 3 shakes/smoothies and a small meal and 1 week five shakes no meals.. The first few days were bad but not so bad anymore. Two days before surgery start all liquid diet! I have lost 6lbs during two week pre op diet so far. This site is so up-lifting. Thank you to all the previous post and good luck on your Journey. I look forward to reading everyone's stories.
