been working hard. Training is a mental game more than physical. And. Arguing exercises. Went for a 16km hike recently. It’s all about pacing and objectives.
Now that I can fit in airplane seats I’ll be able to take long flights to other countries of the bloody commonwealth lol

Honestly took me a month post op. But now I just want to work on myself. And you have to learn to be selfish for sure
but now I found the right portions and I push myself more and more

Hey guys decided I would post some pics and my story. I’m Mike and I’m 37 from Montreal. Waited a full 5 years to get this surgery. Best decision I ever made.
Surgery was Nov. 22, 2018 and I’ve since lost over 180 lbs! I work out 6 times a week; cardio, swimming and various exercises.
