  11. My surgery was 5 mths ago. Since then I have left a relationship, started a new job, fallen in love, and started a new relationship. I went from completely miserable to the happiest I've ever been. It didn't take long before my new boyfriend saw how filling up on food really hurts me and he's become even more conscientious of my eating than I am sometimes... Same with my daughter.... My point is I have full support surrounding me. I feel, however, that I have stretched my pouch in the last month. I'm able to eat a good amount of food compared to what I could eat a mth ago. I can even eat foods that I wasn't able to eat. I haven't lost weight or inches in 3 or 4 weeks. I'm really scared I've ruined it for myself. Should I do a pouch reset? Do you think it would help? Thank you in advance for any advice. [emoji171]

  22. Thank you! [emoji171]
  23. I'm a little over 3 mths and lately I have had a few days where I can't stop eating. I tell myself no and next thing I know it's in my hand. I ate my first candy bar. A Snickers. About 30 minutes ago. I feel sick to my stomach. I have rejected only a few things. Candy bars aren't a habit I'd get back into but even once in a while isn't worth this feeling. On those days I can't stop eating I don't know what to do. It's funny, too, because I seem to even have more room in my stomach. It's maddening.
  24. It's funny the way our minds play tricks on us. You're doing great! I'm excited for your progress [emoji119][emoji16] stay positive and patient. You'll see [emoji6]. [emoji171]
  25. Wow you look awesome! Great job!!! [emoji4]
  26. You have done so well! You look great and definitely sound confident. I love seeing that change in people's confidence. [emoji7] Congratulations [emoji873]️
  27. Thank you so much! [emoji4][emoji171] I didn't think the surgery worked for the first 2 mths plus until I took that 3 mth picture and put it next to my starting picture. It makes me so excited to think of what the next coming months will bring!
  28. Thank you, too and yayyy for your journey to start. [emoji171]
  29. Thank you!!! I get about 500 calories give or take. My nutritionist said not to worry about my calories just mainly my protein so I get that in for sure. I walk 3 nights a week and do a cardio boxing workout on my Wii on nights I don't walk. I only started working out a few weeks ago and it really makes me wish I was working out this whole time... Since I added the workout to my walking my weight loss has started moving so quickly it's unreal to me. I just lost 10 pounds in a week. I don't want to stop lol. 30. I don't know if I'm sharing this in the right place but I wanted to share my progress after 3 mths. I'm down 50 pounds. I'm at 178 on my way to 135. I'm 5'3 and started at 228 pounds. I'm so happy.
  31. I love them so much that I also put them in individual bags lol. It's definitely a great idea. [emoji3]
  32. I'm a night worker, too. I walk to and from work because it's around the corner but I find it a lot easier to exercise right after work. I'll get home, change, and go right back out to walk. Sometimes it's hard to get the motivation after I wake up or before work so it really works best even after working all night. It's my wind down. Meals I usually eat within an hour of being awake. Then I eat about every 4 hours. I do have one shake a day which I save for when I know it's going to he hard to get a break to eat. I almost always have some sort of small snack ... Pistachios are my favorite but I don't eat a lot of them because they sit kind of heavy in my stomach which, ironically, is also the reason I choose them... I don't feel full so quickly. It doesn't always work so picture perfect but trying to stick to a time schedule works for me. Good luck [emoji171] I hope you find something that works for you.
  33. [emoji171] thank you
  34. I don't ever really feel like I do either. I just didn't know if it was something I should be doing.
  35. [emoji171] beautiful airhead [emoji4] awww that just made me smile.
