  1. It is Acetaminophen based so it should be okay.
  2. I am the same way. It doesn't hurt me to just take the easy way out, and I think that is why I get along with so many people. I hate arguing with people! I was once told that I had a very professional but personable personality, that made my day for sure!
  3. Fluffy - I have been using a meal app and it has the choice for 2 servings or 4. Right now I use the 2 serving option, but our son the eating machine will be moving back in with us so I will have to up it to 4.
  4. The Dr I work for doesn't like Amour either an I think it is because she doesn't work with it that often. I see my Endo in May looking forward to seeing if my levels have changed. Good luck!
  5. How elevated is your TSH? What medication are you taking? I have been both hypo and hyper, finally had half of my thyroid out in Oct. of 2010 and have not had an issue since. I would check with your surgeons and get his/her opinion.
  6. I am looking for a good sports bra also. My pain doc wants me to wear a good one instead of a regular bra to help out with back pain.
  7. There really isn't a way to spot reduce one area of your body. The best way to tone up your belly is to keep up with a good cardio routine and it will tone up in time. Of course stomach tightening exercises will help you get there too. Good Luck Mike!

  16. I don't know how old you are (I'm 54) but my hips are terrible! I am thinking of checking out the local YMCA to see what it costs to go swim occasionally!
  17. 100% better now! I love your quote!
  18. You may have a point. My first longer treadmill walk was on Monday and I only got in 58 oz that day. And there were two other days I didn't quiet make it to 60 oz. I agree that you use different muscles when on the treadmill vs walking outside. Today it will be nearly 60 degrees and I am going to go for a long walk! Thanks for your ideas!
