I was in the hospital yesterday and I did the hydration thing. I had 400 mL of fluids pumped into my veins. I'm getting an ultrasound of my gallbladder next Friday because of facility issues. But before the surgery I had IBM and no I barely go and it's white...fun times

See that's a problem I'm not really using the facilities as much as I should be

I did yes... I drink three of these and coffee and protein shake.

Dehydrated .... 2 days of wk 1... 2 days of wk 2.... 2 days of wk 3.....and so on ...

Protein bars make me sick

I like the nut idea but dk when I can have them. Also I do all the cooking.... It's hard to stay away
