I got free samples from the Obesity Help Conference in October. The taste was very terrible to me.

My nutritionist gave me samples of the chewable bariatric fusion tablets. I like them. Only need to take once in morning and once at night. No other vitamins required. Cost is $30 for a one month supply.

@Losingit2018 you weren't advised to take supplements for hair loss? Gosh, I don't want to lose too much if any ar all.

I already have slight hair loss with PCOS so I take HSN vitamins but stopped for my two weeks diet. I would like to find some good ones to take. I feel like I am going to have some bad hair loss ??

I've been researching collagen to add to my protein shakes and etc.

I'm supposed to take my fusion vitamins 4 times a day, and I have a sleeve. I want to only take them twice a day lmao

I know that the instructions say 4 times per day but my surgeon assured me that plenty of studies have proven that taking two in the morning and two at night work very well. I am going to trust what he says.
