It is Acetaminophen based so it should be okay.

It also has caffeine. as you probably know, so if you've been off coffee, it might be a little jolting!

I called my doctors office waited all day no call back (smh) so i took 2 Tylenol we all know it didn't work so i just been a miserable ****** all day
