  7. I am not really sure of the size, but I have my three month follow-up next Tuesday and will ask then. I don't have a lot of sensation in my pouch, I rely on slow eating and a running nose to help me know I am full.
  8. I find it difficult as it is just my husband I at this point and he weighs in at a whopping 135 and I usually have to make what he wants and just have the protein myself. Next month my son is moving back in with us and he will eat anything I put in front of him, in fact he could benefit from this surgery.
  9. Lately I have been using https://cooking.mealime.com/recipes Not always something my husband would enjoy though.
  10. I gained 15 pounds of fluid my 4 days in the hospital, it took 2 weeks to come off, it was frustrating, but once it was over, everything was fine!
  11. I woke up from surgery to find out that I had no gallbladder and no stomach. They only left enough stomach to make a small pouch. I feel good now though.
  12. Will you share the recipe, please?
  13. What do you value most about yourself? I value myself as I am an empath, I can get along with anyone and see the good in people. I will create a bucket list today!
  14. I have never had it myself, but had a friend with it after a big abdominal surgery. I would make sure to bring this up with your Dr. to ease your mind.
  15. I have also begun to use timers! Thanks for the tips!
  16. Welcome to the Forum! You have been through a lot! How is your back doing now? I look forward to hering about your new journey!

  18. My hubby and I were in traffic today and I saw someone driving with their window down and I was like, Oh yeah! So I rolled my window ? I think I am doing these out of order.
  19. Congrats on the 100 pounds lost! That's awesome! As far as bands go I have used some in physical therapy over the years, but not enough to firm up.
  20. Yesterday I created a new daily routine. I feel so much better with knowing that I am not going to be bored!
  21. Breakfast today, sorry no leftovers
  22. Oh no, I fall enough as it is! I have been falling for a couple years, when I was in for my surgery the nurses kept asking me how I got the injury to my leg, seemed like they didn't believe me. As for Vertigo, I get it a few times a year for the past 10 years. It is no fun!
