Who else here is on the pre-op liquid diet? I’m on day 4 and I’m SO TIRED. Does anyone have any tips? I don’t want to fall asleep at work, haha. -

I’m not a big fan of the powders, but I LOVE the Premier Protein drinks. Every flavor I’ve tried so far is great: cookies & cream, banana, caramel, vanilla. Yum! Definitely something to be excited about :)
