Hey guys...hope everyone is doing well. I am almost 3 weeks out from surgery. I have ZERO energy. Which makes me so sad. Like I’m in tears just thinking about it. I’m doing my purées and getting my water in. But I’m frustrated. I’m used to being busy. Going back to the office tomorrow and nervous that the day will be tough. Anyone else struggle through the same??

This process is scary and definitely causes a ton of feelings to crop up. It’s ok to take some time to deal with your stress. This will all be ok. I’m a week out from my surgery and I am still telling myself this everyday...

GM everyone. Things went great yesterday. I had some pain right after but things have been bearable with the meds. I’ve been walking the halls since yesterday and all is well. Having my upper GI this morning and will start liquids if all goes well after that. Supposed to go home today fingers crossed. Continued prayers for all of you!

Good Morning! Leaving for the hospital in a few. Can’t believe the day is finally here. Hope all those who had surgery in the last few weeks continue to heal. And for us who are about to go in...good luck and prayers for all of us. GAME ON!
