I am a little over 3 months and I still get nauseous at times. Sometimes after I eat, sometimes when I haven't eaten.

I am having surgery at BariatricPALMX. Dr. Ilan is my surgeon.

My surgery is Monday, April 1st!! Leaving for Tijuana, Mexico tomorrow!! I am so excited!!

I’m April 1st as well!! Not long now. I am finishing up Day 3 of 10 of my liquid diet.

I am on day 2 of my liquid diet. Yesterday was ok until the evening came. I felt really bad, but I realized that my calories were pretty low. However, I lost 3 lbs! But I am going to do better today calorie wise.

When is your surgery: April 1 Kind of surgery: Gastric Sleeve Height: 5’ 4” Current weight: 223 Goal weight: 140 I start my 10 day pre-op diet next Friday!! I have already gotten off caffeine and just finished my last Sprite. I am a little anxious, but so excited!!

I just turned 51 in February and I am getting a gastric sleeve on April 1st. I feel this is a new beginning for me and I plan to really start living a new, better life.

I am going to Dr. Illan at BariactricPal in Tijuana, Mexico.

I am going to make my own shakes - with unflavored protein powder, fair light skim milk and want to try a little sugar free chocolate syrup in them,
