Thanks for all the advice. I will try anything not to have this heartburn/GERD. I get it even if i don't eat. I eat very slowly abd don't over eat. I also don't eat past 7. I'm just praying this gets better....

How long did it take to work? I haven't tried anything spicey yet.. to scared to.

Had my sleeve done Jan,15,2019. Before then i never experienced heartburn like i do now..its horrible the burning in my stomach and throat. To the metal taste in my mouth, feeling like i want to vomit. The Dr. Had me on pepcid complete and tums.. but that didnt do anything. Now i was out on a script pantoprazole.. just wondering if anyone else is or has gone through this? Does it get better?

I will.... i see him Wednesday.. the Dr. Has me on chewable vitamins. But maybe that is to much for my tummy...

Is the prevacid helping? Your not alone with the weight loss.. i too lost with pre op. But now nothing... very frustrsted and aggravated...hoping it gets better for both of us[emoji4

I'm not taking omerprazole. The Dr. Told me to take pepcid complete and eat tums.. it was working ok till about 2days ago. That's whe. The heartburn got real bad and now i have no relief and this horrible burning sensation from my stomach up my esophagus... I'm wondering is this normal and will it pass? I've been only eating a little scrambled egg beaters.. drinking lots of liquids. And taking vitamins..

I am also 3weeks post op from sleeve.. i lost weight with the pre op diet, but now im stuck not loosing any weight... i am very frustrated and wondering what i did to myself.. I'm starting to get depressed...the Dr. Let me start soft protiens last week, but it's hard to get the 3 meals in. I've drinking water and protien2o...Also the past 2 days i've been having really bad heart burn. Tried pepcid and tums but no relief... any suggestions?? Is this normal??

I had my sleeve Jan.15,2019.. and i feel like i need to make myself eat. I'm just not hungry. I'm drinking my water and also got this protien2o water.. just wondering how long the not feeling hungery will last.

I feel your pain I had my gastric sleeve done on January 15,2019. I felt everything that you felt. The omg what did I do to myself but it gets better. I'm now on soft protiens.. so just hang in there it will get better.
