To snack in between meals or not to snack

Not to much snacking, I snack at some point the scale just stopped moving. I told my surgeon well I’m eating healthy snacks , he said no there is a limits to even healthy. -

I just had the SADi and since I had the gastric sleeve years ago I don’t know what meal plan I should follow. I was the first patient to have this done at Kaiser in LA. And they have instructions for people that have the original procedure 😕
