  1. Went out for Indian food with a few friends yesterday. Ordered saag paneer and instead of basmati rice I asked for kale salad but they messed up and gave me rice anyway. And yes I ended up eating a little bit of rice ? I swear I really try to avoid these things lol
  2. Bf requested tallarin saltado (Peruvian stir fry) last night. Didn’t end up eating an official dinner because I got full from trying the meat and veggies while I was cooking lol I find myself doing that a lot lately...
  3. Pho before and after without noodles. Still amazing!
  4. I want this! And this! ...and everything on this thread! Y’all are killing me ???????
  5. No surgery thank god but I did pass it when I went home! It was my first stone and hopefully my last! I never want to experience that pain again ?

  8. how many ounces of chicken breast did you put in your salad/how many ounces of meat do you usually put?
  9. Yesterday’s meal: Chicken kabob salad and froyo. I finally remembered to take an after pic.
  10. Ah yes, if you paint the chocolate on it wont look as smooth vs dipping them. And after I dip them I place them immediately on the wax paper even wet. At first I thought the same as you, that the chocolate would come off on the back, but it doesn't. But I agree with everything @Sophie7713 said! These look absolutely delicious and I love the nut topping you used! These would go quick in my house! Maybe next time I make them I can make you a tiny demo vid of how I dip them? Amazing job regardless!!!
  11. Looks delicious, I gotta try this in the blender! And Happy Birthday!!!! ????? hope you have a good one!
  12. I have become obsessed with chocolate covered strawberries! They are super easy to make! I used Wilton candy melts for dipping the berries but for the gold ones I used butterscotch chocolate chips and for the dark ones I used semi sweet chocolate chips. I stick a toothpick in the berry, hold up the stems and dip. I then set them aside on wax paper to dry. For the metallic ones I use this: https://bakell.com/collections/edible-tinker-dusts When the berries are dry, that's when I use a dry paint brush and "paint" on the tinker dust. The flowers and happy birthday were made with melted chocolate as well!
  13. Mix together the following, then leave overnight: 1/2 of an overly ripe banana (mashed) 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 1 drop of vanilla extract (optional) 1/2 cup of fat free Fairlife milk or milk of your choice 2 tablespoons of Chia seeds. 1 tablespoon of walnuts (add when you're ready to eat) Depending on the sweetness of your banana you might not need any sweetener. When I do though, I usually use 1 packet of stevia. When I make it I usually start off with mashing 1/2 a banana in a bowl and then adding the ground cinnamon to the banana vs adding the cinnamon to the liquid because it gets clumpy. Hope this makes sense!
  14. That fruit is calling my name ????
  15. This has been my daily breakfast for the past few weeks: banana walnut chia pudding and two boiled eggs. I don’t eat lunch because this takes me a few hours to finish. Usually it’s just this, a coffee, and dinner around 7ish.
  16. Birthday berries for two friends. Still working on my drizzle. Couldn’t help but make a dipped berry for myself ?
  17. Omg this looks so freakin gooooooodddddd! Amazing job! I’ve been wanting to do some kind of shredded beef but I’ve been unsure about the flavor. Completely forgot about BBQ! Oh and I’m also drooling over the corn on the cob ? it’s perfectly charred
  18. Back on my salad grind! Bought this from a restaurant near my house. It has grilled chicken, mixed greens, feta, banana peppers, roasted red peppers, olives, and artichoke hearts.
  19. I’ve been craving pernil (pork shoulder) for a while now and I finally caved and made it. Don’t be afraid, that plate was for my bf lol I took a bite of each side and it satisfied that craving. ??
  20. I need to make this! Looks super good! ???
  21. Mango with fat free whip cream. Can someone tell me why I feel guilty about eating a mango ??
