  6. Thanks! Wow! I watch Dr Duc Voung on youtube and on the classes he mentions After what they call the "Honeymoon" stage they say is harder to maintain and we have to be very strict with our meals. Thanks!
  7. On my surgery day i was 270 lbs. Now 230 lbs so ive lost 40 lbs in 4 months. I started the WLS program in Jan.2018 at 298 lbs. Started to diet, smaller portions healthier choices as i learned from my Nut classes and started loosing weight. Lost 28 lbs before surgery but alot had to do with the preop liquid diet. Now with a total of 68 lbs lost. I Use my treadmill daily and a mini stepper w/monitor at home + meal restrictions. I follow my Nut meal restriction calendar and have had no complications at all.[emoji4]

  11. I did that! Did pureed cauliflower a top layer of pureed sardines! Its like eating sardines in sauce with a baked/mashed potato.[emoji2] [emoji108]
  12. No. I tasted the peaches more. It really was ice cream to me. Thing is since ur taste buds change. At this point it is such a treat. I still eat that when i have the craving. If the peach is not sweet u can try adding just a lil splenda. [emoji4]

  14. Mine was Creamy Mashed Cauliflower.. taste just like mashed potatoes. I googled a good bariatric recipe. Loved it! Also blended cottage cheese with frozen peaches. Yes! Loved that 2! Felt like i was cheating my diet..so good.

  16. It will get better promise!. Hang in there the first days are the worse. But its a stage. It will pass, just set ur timer and take everything planed on time.[emoji4] You will feel weak, tired, stress, worried..ect Entertain your mind with positive things. As for me i would go on youtube and look at all successful wls patients and i would get so happy and stronger to keep going. You can do this!
  17. Hi I am new here. I have a feeling im going to enjoy sharing my WLS experience so far. I work with Primary/Cardiology Doctor, so I am very lucky to learn from WLS Post-op patients following up.
