  1. You gotta get PROTEIN that's number 1. Very irresponsible

  3. So what do we do cut out any sweetness at all impossible
  4. There's always going to be cases like that but not very common at all
  5. Look more closely not just at calories but also the carbs and sugars and fats
  6. Is it medicallyy necessary? Some insurance won't cover it otherwise
  7. I've been using powder for months.. easy to use mix with water sometimes a shot of coffee if needed.... But yes you can make smoothie or even make protein pancake.
  8. Yes look at your daily calories. Carbs. Fat etc
  9. You're still very early do not rush anything take your time enjoy the honeymoon phase

  11. I do not get the need to rush your diet or advance to real food.. you should embrace the liquid diet as long as it's can seriously that is the best time to shed the most weight... I personally had no desire to eat after my bypass and I lived on shakes for months post op and pre-op shakes and it worked wonders for me... All you need is protein that's most important to heal your body and to recover and I lived off high protein low carb shakes and I lost a lot of weight they way didn't even care about eating food...
  12. 600 cal is heaps for the first month your should be mostly just liquids I was lucky to get 350 400 cal

  14. Don't stress I had bypass and I'm glad I don't feel the need to turn to food 8 literally eat because I need the protein. I don't really feel the need to eat constantly like I used to and I'm glad.
  15. Don't be in a rush to eat solid food your belly is still healing there may not be any feeling at this early stage
  16. Well I think I've done pretty good with skin after losing over 150lbs and I believe once I get into the gym and start toning or lifting weights it will make a huge difference
  17. I was in so much Pain I didn't even get out of bed for like 2 days.. slept the first 24hrs.. I spent 6 days but had to see a few doctors due to my kidney issues so needed a little extra observation...
  18. Do they actually help tone your body or use it to just make it look toned like Spanx???
