  2. Could it just ne to soon? My nutritionist said no red meat for at least 6 months. Is that normal. Love Egg Foo Young. Was that one of foods that bothered you. I heard everyone is different. No surgery hear yet. Probably Dec.

  5. Thanks. Have to admit am concerned but am looking forward to better mobility. Years of working in kitchens on cement floors and arthritis have taken their toll. Weight has to come off. Have things to do,places to go lol. Not looking forward to hospital stay. Surgeon says 1 day. Did you have lots of discomfort? Able to get around and function after few days? I know we need to move immediately and walk but how about normal activities. A friend had and made it seem like nothing but she’s a lot younger .
  6. It is scary. Waiting on sleeve surgery here. Friend that had just acts like surgery no big deal. I disagree,it’s a huge step. when is your surgery
  7. On 3rd month towards gastric sleeve. 1 more Family Dr visit.,then surgeon Nov 26. Waiting for EEG results. At 67 scary journey but journey that’s long overdue. 34# down in 3 months.
  8. I thought they follow you for 5 years. I am pre op but this is what my surgeon told me. He is certainly not a caring supportive Dr. Can you transfer to another’s/
