Thank you muchly. I joined the whole family up for a month AFTER I asked them if they wanted to, but when I actually did it, they went pale and objected so I converted their two month trials into three months for me so sucks to be them bwwaaahahahah

Well lads, today is Eid (sort of like Muslim Christmas) and my Eid present to myself was to join the gym. Happy Eid to meeeee.

I (re)discovered podcasts last month and have been listening to them compulsively. Dr Death was scary but Man in the Window had me freaking out when I listened to it driving home in the dark one night.

OMG!!!!!! I LOVE all these incredible pics of everyone’s hiking expeditions! Bariatric Pal & all of you are my new best friends! I love how you have all changed your lives and living life to the fullest. I’m aching for that. I can taste it. I so want to be living life in with both feet. This weight has sucked the living s#%^ out of me & kept me stuck. You have all given me so much strength & inspiration. TY so much for opening yourselves up & sharing your journey! I agree with @FluffyChix - it wasn't something I realised would happen but gradually I began to get my active just because i wanted to be. I always used to push myself to do things like try and exercise or do housework but after having lost a shittonne* of weight I accidently discovered I like doing stuff more. I even run up and down the stairs without meaning to. Seriously I find myself doing it without realising it. I've got places to BE, peoplez.
