  1. Don’t need to purée the Egg smash with fork some things can be soft mush
  2. You’ll have dietitian appointment’s here and there .As far as the Egg goes have that egg anyway you like it .I have issues with Scrambled,so I do over light ,poached ,Boiled
  3. I’m 8 Months out I had eggs my 10th Day out. My PA had the Surgery with my Dr so she said she had them . So yes I ate them also .
  4. I was allowed decaf Coffee and Tea
  5. I’m 8 Months out eat Cheese, Beef Jerky , eggs , Premier Drinks my staples
  6. I had scrambled eggs 10 Days out only a half a teaspoon lol
  7. All Dr different mine wouldn’t even let me have Jello my first 2 Weeks
  8. Follow the Dieticians recommendations trust me on this .As far as the Drinking 30 minutes after Meals very easy and you will get accustomed to it
  9. What’s more important your Health? Or your Hair ? Food is an addiction every thing in ones life is surrounded by food .You have to take control this Surgery is a tool not a quick fix .Im 8 Months out eating is a chore I now hate to eat .The Hair loss by the way only last a short time unless you are really Malnutrited .
  10. I started getting Heart burn maybe 3 Weeks our called the Dr and he Prescribed an ant -acid .They say I’ll take for a Year then they’ll cut it back .

  15. I’m 8 Months out and eating for me is a daily struggle if I didn’t have to eat to survive I wouldn’t.
  16. Every one loses differently don’t listen to anyone.Im 8 Months out I lose 3 to 4 lbs a Week did go 2 weeks with 0 loss but loss inches .Im down 70 lbs size 16 w to an 8

No matter what you say you’ll have your haters .I work in the Heath care industry and trust me there are some winners .Had a Nurse say to me I would never do something like that (Well your like 300 lbs and can’t bend over but that ain’t non of my Business)It’s my body my life mind your own damn Business is pretty much what I said only kinder lol
  18. I’m 8 Months out and since Day 1 .Every Monday without fail I weight and measure .They will be Weeks with 0 weight loss but inches don’t lie .
  19. ?that’s how I did it the Beef Broth isn’t bad either.In the beginning I would grab broth at Shaw’s ,Whole Foods sometimes there steam tables have all different kinds mixes things up a bit .
  20. They carry a Vitamin Patch can get expensive though .I find the Walmart brand chewable not as bad as the Flinstones
  21. Vitamins will also give you that metallic taste
  22. Go for a walk if you feel Food is stuck I also have taken a sip here and there when food is stuck
  23. I liked my liquids warmed seemed to go down smoother I’m 8 Months out
  24. Baritastic is pretty good can also purchase a Fitbit hook App up to your Phone .
  25. All ? That come in are from different spectrum’s as far as pre op myself was put on mushy foods one Week Prior .All Dr are different some have just clear liquids prior to Surgery.
