Start walking as soon as you are able to, add more time, learn to make exerciseing your new best friend.Do it everyday. WAY TO GO.. The band is the best thing, totaly understand about trying on new clothes, it's the best and keeps getting better. Days you don't want to work out do it anyway.. More weight will melt away.. good luck.

GREETING FROM AUGUST BANDER.. AND i love it, went and had my doctors vist.No fill but it's ok lost 9 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks. almost 50 pounds gone for ever and ever. Exercise is my best good friend, walking bikeing and moving.I'VE gone from size 18 dress slack to size 14.It's the best thing i've done for myself.I hope everyone is making dreams come true.
