Ha! White is definitely not the best choice for parts of it. But, today I'm working on stripping off old varnish/linseed oil, so no colors will be used.

and yesssssss so much better 🤤 I used the fairlife fat free milk for extra Protein. I can see it being a dessert if a whole fat milk or coconut milk Is used, especially with a chocolate

Hi, all. I haven't posted in the maintenance thread for a while and just wanted to check in.
I'm coming up on a year since surgery and am very pleased with where things stand. I've been holding steady at 140 for nearly two months, after reaching a low of 132 (which was frankly a bit too thin).
One thing I notice is that I don't really enjoy eating any more. I'm almost never hungry, and my main concern remains getting enough Protein and calories. I suppose that's a good thing. The one exception is fresh fruit, which I find I really enjoy now.
I'm posting two photos as I approach one year--the first as I was recovering from surgery (not very flattering), and the second just two days ago. Quite a difference, no?

Maybe they can remove the pancreas (if that's the desired treatment) at the same time that they do the sleeve? The pancreas is very close to the stomach.

Tomorrow will be 6 weeks since I had my trinity of PS procedures, and I'm heading in for a follow up appointment with my surgeon. Took a picture tonite in rare moment with all my garments and sliicone tape off and put this side-by-side comparison together.
I'm pretty pleased with the results so far
