patsmithabc reacted to jess9395 in Women, getting close to goal weight, how to find a bra that fits?
Unless you get a really experienced fitter the instructions on measuring yourself on that website will actually give you more accurate sizing. There are excellent fitters and there are awful teen girls with minimal training. Never get fitted at Victoria Secret, they have a limited size range and will make you fit in what they have.

Thanks, Sillykitty, but I've been taking B12 for nearly a year already. So, not that. I appreciate your suggestion!
Not a coffee drinker, so that's not it either. I'm also much more salty than sweet. I wonder if it can be from plummeting sodium levels? Just kidding. Thanks for responding!

Super great idea for a quick meal!!! Oh and you could use Jenn's idea of the frozen tri-color fajita veggies too. Just throw in 1 oz on top of the chicken under the cheese! And squirt Taco Bell hot sauce over it for a Mexican version!!

I do! I shred the whole chicken on Sunday and put that in a large tupperware. When I pack my lunch in the mornings I will weigh out 3oz chicken in a small tupperware and add the cheese on top. Then its all good to throw in the microwave at work!

The trouble with splitting one entree is that it requires us to agree on what to eat.

I've found good options at both Bob Evans and Cheddar's so far, but those are the only restaurants I've been to post-op (I'm only two months out).

If you go out on Amazon there are a ton of high Protein meal cookbooks. There is even a "Dummies" book for those who have had weight loss surgery that has a lot of great recipes in it.

greek yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese...I don't have any specific Breakfast food. I just eat what I feel like it. Like this morning I had my Protein chicken broth for breakfast.
