  1. Oh that’s a good idea adding fairlife milk to the soup for extra protein! I’m going to try it. Thanks!
  2. Also very milky cream of wheat. I use almond coconut milk with a few table spoons of cream of wheat. Just make sure it’s not too thick
  3. I use premier protein shakes they are really good in my opinion.... I’m on day 4 post op and it’s really hard to finish a whole bottle of it but the sips help. but even tho isopure is a clear liquid its really good for you because it has 40 grams of protein. Creamy soups are also good in this stage. Hope this helps!
  4. Do you know if we are allowed to smoke weed after surgery? I’m 4 days post op and i was thinking smoking it to help with the pain.
  5. Today is day 4 post op and my first day on full liquids and it’s too hard to get a lot of my liquids in because I feel so full... also I want to sleep most of the time but I know I should walk more but my body just feels tired. Can anyone relate???

Hello I was sleeved 12/15/17 and it’s been a little difficult to drink all my liquids. I’m drinking Isopure liquid drinks but they are disgusting in my opinion so what I did was I added crystal light in it and it’s a little bit more tolerable. Can’t wait till day 4 so I can start drinking my premier protein shakes!
  10. I’m finally home from the hospital and it’s so hard to sleep on my back. I’ve tried sleeping on my sides but I feel very sore. Any suggestions on comfortable sleeping positions?
