I had a gastric bypass 12.12.16 I weighed 285 and lost 150 now i weigh 135 after almost 13 months and i think I'm still losing weight. Now I'm starting to really think about surgery all this loose skin is bothering me alot mentally and physically.

Hi. It has taken a while. I had the duodenal switch in 2007. I started at 400 pounds. Got down to 265 and was stuck for years. 2015 I discovered my fitness pal and Bariatric Pal. I’m at 166 and still losing. My goal is 145 for a normal BMI. I am 5’4”

I had the sleeve done on dec 5th. And I feel great. I’ve been wanting everything but I’ve been on my liquid diet and I’m down ten pounds. I went poop got the first time this morning yikes but I’m down ten pounds. So something is working

Headaches could be normal (no sugar, no caffeine- or reduced amounts) but dizzy seems odd. Are you diabetic? Are you getting enough carbs and calories to keep yourself going? I know it's easy to just want nothing when you can only have liquids but be sure you are getting the right nutrients

I have no shame. I am in the midst of my food funeral. If only I were more creative. The best thing I've eaten so far is fruit Roll-Ups (my favorite food) and Cup of Noodles. Oh, and lots of beer. Like I said, I have no shame.
