Good question

I went poop this morning and I’m down 10 lbs. yessssss!.

I had the sleeve done on dec 5th. And I feel great. I’ve been wanting everything but I’ve been on my liquid diet and I’m down ten pounds. I went poop got the first time this morning yikes but I’m down ten pounds. So something is working

I’m doing better. I finally went number number 2 this morning. That too really to oooo Long. But that took the scale down ten pounds. Yes!!

Congrats! Dec5th

One week until surgery and I’ve gained 4 pounds oh my goodness! I don’t know what to do, I’ve gained 4 pounds in this puts me over my goal weight by 2 pounds. I can’t stop crying.. I’m so scared I swear I’m not going to eat but once a day. F*** this sh**! I’m come too far to put this off because of some more weight. I’m so disappointed in myself!. Kaiser Northern California surgeons are very serious about you meeting your goal weight.. and maintaining the weight.. I have an appointment tomorrow I guess the preop appointment and I know I’m going to be weighed. OMG IM FREAKING OUT! What the hell am I gonna do.... TEARS!.
