  11. I have been on my pre-op diet since December 24th. I keep saying if I got through Christmas I am good. Today I am feeling light headed. My stomach has a Monster in it. It Grumbles so loud all the time. My pre-op diet is 4 protein drinks a day and 1/2 cup of non-starchy vegtables after lunch protein drink. I think I am starving. I really need to work on my water.

  13. Unjury and premiere. Both given to me by the doctor. They are premixed.
  14. I am scheduled 1/3/18. Mine is a revision. Scared, excited, happy, etc.
  15. First I am wondering what kinds you all suggest. Second, I am getting like a dumping syndrome from my protein drinks. I have not had this happen in years. Any ideas why it would do this? I am going for revision by the way.
  16. I am doing ok with it. I still set down with the family for meals. Tonight I put my protein shake blended with ice, into a bowl with a spoon. It felt more like a was having a meal with them. My daughter thought it looked so good she had to try it. She said it needs spray whipped cream on top and she would be jealous because she wasn't eating that instead. Lol. This morning I was trying to figure out a cream for my hot tea. I think it is just the color change in my head. . I ended up putting a little of my vanilla protein drink in it. O'my, it tastes just like it used to when I would put french vanilla cream in it. I am having a hard time with the protein drinks. I get something like a dumping syndrome every time I drink one. Not sure why it's doing this. I have not had dumping syndrome except when I eat spinache or rice since the first surgery in 2007.
  17. I started mine the day before Christmas. Yesterday was rough.
  18. My family is the same way. It makes it very hard.
