family dinners?

I am thinking about making my family some caserols to put in the freezer so they can just put it in the oven while I am done. Any ideas?

I've made low carb chili, soups, stews, gumbo, crustless chicken pot pie, and have grilled meats portioned and ready to go. I also have homemade meatballs and sauce and meat loaf muffins cooked. I put them on a serving of mashed cauliflower and freeze them in muffin tins, then place in freezer bags. :D We use them now, when I'm still pre-surg and too tired to cook--rather than going out to eat. And I replace them when I cook. So it's continually turning over.

I basically do what she does, minus the soups and casseroles since I live alone. I just make meals for myself, examples being...

1. Shrimp and Zoodle Alfredo
2. Chicken Salsa Couscous

3. Slow Cooked Italian Turkey Meatballs and I just replace the breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese and add eggs. (Eliminates unwanted extra carbs).

4. Turkey Swedish Meatballs

5. Shrimp and Zucchini Noodle Pesto (Spicy or not spicy).

6. Seafood Salad

7. What I just call "Scallop and Quinoa Alfredo"

8. Chili with turkey.

9. Chicken Parmesan without the breadcrumbs.

10. A chicken, Broccoli and Cheese Casserole.
