All these photos are so great. It’s so nice to see people changing their life and fighting for their health and hopefully mental well being as well. here I am 3 years after my sleeve.

 

Started at 230 lbs 8/24/2015... my current weight is 160 lbs. goal is 140lbs...  

Just a little over 3 months post op - 41 lbs down. -progress pic -- face has slimmed down - no neck rolls or double chin lol kind of embarrassed but ya...lol

Thanks guys, am through to the other side now surgery went well and recovery not too bad. Only negatives are nausea when I’m standing and awful gas pain under my collar bone. Other than that I’m doing fab!!! Xo

I remember being pre-op and my favorite thing to do was look at progress photos and dream
I am 6 months, 10 days post op and I am down 128 pounds total. This isnt a very great pic since I have been sick, but i still took it because anything is better than my before!!

excited one more visit and I will get surgery date.5 months have flown by!

I was recently told by my NUT that protien we take should be whey isolate bc its absorbed better..shr said ppl who took the whey isolate lost less hair

These two before and after face pictures always make me go WOW!! And make me realize " I got this" Never ever think you can't do it!!

I have reached my one year anniversary and I am down 102 pounds!!!!! One year ago I would of never believed I could have done this, I am very proud of myself and my journey has only begun.... Don't ever think you can't do it!!!

Hey NJGal, where ya from? I’m up in Sussex County

Yay just had my follow up with my Dr! He confirmed that I will have a December surgery!! Yay. Looking at mid December and should find out the exact date soon! I am so excited!!
