Just on the way into the hospital now. Am incredibly nervous and second guessing my decision big time. I keep thinking, how has it come to this that I have to get a part of my body removed. I’m incredibly anxious about the GA too. I know why I’m doing this surgery so just trying to focus on the new life I will have after it. Wish me luck

How are you this morn Danai? I have awful gas pain in my shoulder [emoji24] looking forward to being able to walk it off today I hope!!

Thanks guys, am through to the other side now [emoji122][emoji122][emoji122] surgery went well and recovery not too bad. Only negatives are nausea when I’m standing and awful gas pain under my collar bone. Other than that I’m doing fab!!! Xo

The gas pain and nausea will subside. I had it after gallbladder surgery.

Ask for a nausea patch - it worked great for me. Glad you both are doing well. Hang in there.
