I currently use Isopure but havent tried any other unflavored brands. I love how easily I can incorporate Isopure in my soups, milk and pudding. There's a slight whey taste but it doesnt bother me. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

How are you all doing? I start my pre-op liquid diet on Monday. A little nervous but oh so ready. I actually pulled out my too-small clothes and hung them up in the closet. I had a mini food funeral with chocolate ice cream and Chinese takeaway. I'm gonna take before pics tonight. My bag is packed for the hospital. This Is Really Happening!!!! I have told only 5 people outside of my husband and kids. My three best friends, aunt and mom are the only people who know. Some of my other friends are judgmental about weight, as you can imagine, I don't want to have to talk about it.
