Let's start with the basics first. Give your Doctor a call and get some anti-nausea medicine. As far as you being emotional that is normal to have post operatively. If it continues you may need to speak with your doctor about it. Your body has been through a lot physically, your life has been turned upside down. Adjusting to a new "normal" will be challenging.
Your wife is likely feeling the pressure of the additional responsibility she isn't used to. She is also adjusting to your new normal. Maybe a compromise is in order. Instead of "cooking", make them sandwiches or something else that doesn't require cooking.
I think that having a candid discussion with her may be in order. Choose a time of day that she isn't stressed and have a discussion. Or... tell her you would like to have a chat with her and ask her when the best time is. I agree with the others that she is not being very nice. However, before doing something as drastic as divorce, try to solve the problem. If you need a professional to help, get one. You have children and they deserve for you to try all other avenues before giving up. A therapist or counselor may also be able to teach your wife how to express her feelings appropriately.

Excellent advice! Stiil not sure this is a HIPPA violation. Its unethical but since they arent providers.... ? Talk to HR or consult your Employee Handbook.

No judgment from me. Stalls and gains are absolutely frustrating. Its hard when you see other people losing weight. Step back from the challenge. Come back if you still want support.

As of this morning:
100 POUNDS LOST!

Yesterday, I was getting on a boat, for a lovely day out with my wife, when I noticed a little girl kept looking back at me and staring. I braced myself for the innocent comment from a small child that is not intended to hurt, but does nevertheless. Thankfully, she didn't say anything...but she didn't have to..the damage was done. I was once again very conscious of my size.
A few weeks back it happened at the gym when a young girl (maybe 4 y.o.) was staring at my legs...I knew it was coming and sure enough, she then commented to her mom about how big my legs are. (I'm still pre-op)...I very politely told the little girl that she hurt my feelings and it wasn't nice to point out how I'm different. She cried and her mom apologized and thanked me for being willing to teach her child (thank god she didn't get angry). The little girl apologized and I told her I forgave her and it was okay.
I really do get it. They don't often see women with my body shape...so I don't really fault the children...they are just trying to understand something that is very different. But damn it hurts every time... I look forward to the day when I'm just normal fat..I don't even care about thin...I just want to be small enough that children don't make me want to cry anymore.

Awww! ((hugs)) So you gotta go with your gut, but danged if I wouldn't get to know him face to face for a few times before revealing everything...Build up a track record.

Personally, if a guy would write me off because I was a little heavy....I wouldn't give him the time of day. I've got no time for shallow asshats. Beauty fades, people get old, if you're not primarily attracted to the heart and mind...the whole relationship has a superficial ick factor that, frankly....feels empty and sort of gross to me. I want more. I deserve more. (And thank God I got more...25 years with a guy who begged for sex nightly when I was 270 and thought I was the sexiest thing on the planet cause he's in love with my smarts and creativity and heart)
Someday, when we're 75 and wrinkled prune people with fat little tummies and scrawny limbs...I know he's still gonna find me hot and be endlessly amused by my company. That matters. That's love.
