My urine has been dark and I know it is because I am not drinking enough water. I am starting to put a little bit of Gatorade in my water in order to be able to drink more water. Has anybody else dealt with this issue? I certainly do not want my kidneys to fail.

I totally agree with you. The attitude on here ever since Mr Preacher appeared has been nothing short of bigotry. I am a gay person and I am sure he thinks that his god hates me. He said that he is a Baptist. They are bigots, homophobes and racist. This web site is not here to have god rammed down our throats. You are only 3 weeks post op you should not be eating any solids. Meatballs should not be introduced into your stomach at this point. Talk to your team about it.

I am 3 months and 9 days post op and I eat toast with peanut butter and jelly on it. No problems here.

Why dont you use a blender. You are shaking it for 30 minutes?? That is hard to believe.

Pure Protein in the can you can get them off of Amazon. They have 35 g of protein per can.

I drink Pure Protein shakes that come in a can. There are 35 grams of protein per can and I drink two a day. I have Vanilla Cream and Frosty Chocolate.
