I found one called Inner peace at a music festival and fell in love. But sometimes those fresh eucalyptus & citrus scents are so invigorating. Sandalwood is soothing I find also.

I was an uncontrolled diabetic and was taking 2 insulins an oral and victoza...also blood pressure meds...I was off most meds prior to surgery and after I am completely off. And so thankful.i had the sleeve surgery.my a1c last year was 10 now it's under 6

I was sleeved 10/23... and was instructed by my surgeon to begin taking my Vitamins day 8. Well I absolutely hate the taste of them & seriously can’t find a chewable Multivitamin that’s bearable. Please help!!! Lol I literally gag every time I take one. Do you all have any suggestions on vitamins or a way I can take them that will manipulate the taste? ... Also, are chewable vitamins forever? Will I be able to switch to a Gummy multivitamin eventually?? Please help me!! :))

Yes. I have been using patches since I got home after the surgery. I have had blood work and it has come back completely normal. Please don’t believe articles that state that Vitamins don’t absorb through the skin. They are saying that because they are being paid by one or more Vitamin companies and don’t want you to buy the patches. I am almost 11 months out.

I’m 2 mo post op, been using the Patches. Haven’t had blood work yet. Hope it is ok. I’m much more consistent at applying the patches than taking Vitamins at certain times of the day. Lol

I never thought this day would actually come. I started my journey 1 year and 4 months ago was initially denied 3 times and a peer to peer was denied also. The staff at my office flat old told me I could appeal but wouldn’t help I wasn’t goi g to be able to have the surgery unless I was private pay. I did a year of consecutive monthly dr visits, did all the pre op scans and tests and met all requirements but the answer was still no. I hired lindstrom obesity advocates and they filed my first appeal in September. Today I got my approval letter in the mail. I couldn’t wait to call my surgeons office and let them know that I was able to get the approval..... especially when they told me filing an appeal was pointless. Now my fingers are crossed that I can get this surgery done before the end of the year! What a happy day.

Doesn't matter what size. At one point in my life I looked like I just fell out of a fitness magazine and I still came across the guys you've experienced dating. The right one will come along I promise [emoji4] My hubby did and he has stayed with me through thick and sports illustrated thin. I couldn't have done this without him.

I cant address the size issues, but I can tell you that my very attractive, naturally thin (size 2? 4?) SIL has similarly bad experiences on dating websites. WP had some articles recently about the online dating scene and ages -- men apparently are looking for women far younger than themselves.

Most essential oils are fairly benign so in general, I do not see a problem.

Hi! I love EO too. That amount of oil shouldn't cause an issue (though I have bypass, still shouldn't be an issue). I personally have problems with oily/fatty food, but not a few drops.
I usually just diffuse too though. What are your fave combos? I mostly just use lavender, but sometimes I'll switch it up and do peppermint and eucalyptus when the family is studying (supposed to be good for memory/retention).
