I had RNY just over 2 years ago.... didn't have any issues at all. about the worse problem I have is I can't eat certain types if bread products, which I should have anyway so it isnt bad. just have to keep up on your vitamins, protein and water.   27. I'm the same way..... I've lost 90 pounds but sit between 185 and 188 for a while now. But I can tell how much the weight loss helps because today I walked 8 miles without my knees and ankles hurting. Also went on a plane and the seat wasn't uncomfortable and the seat belt fit. All little NSVs but I'll take them
  28. I'm the same..... hard getting in my protein. The shakes are too sweet for me and now I'm stuck at the same weight for almost a month. Very frustrating....
