  1. Hey lady,

    Well I finished today also. I must say I did every day but saturday because i had 4 basketball goes to go to. I finshed 8 miles short of 100 miles, but i pumped up my treadmill walking so i did get in my 100 tolal if we add my walking. I was able to lose that 4 lbs. i agained last week before we started so I am right back where I started before the challenge. Get some rest and let me know what we are doing next.

    10.05 miles- 40 minutes 189.4 cals burned, 59.5 Fat cals burned.

    level 1- 5:00 minutes

    level 2- 5:00 minutes

    Level 3- 5:00 minutes

  3. Ok lady,

    I did my walk and my booty hurts so much!! My son had a basketball tournment this morning and I spent 5 hours sitting on a metal bleacher. Im not happy.

    riding my stationary bike I did 10 miles in 41:38 minutes.

    2 minutes level 2

    3 minutes level 4

    2 minutes level 1

    3 minutes level 5

    I hope to do better Sunday. i only have one game to watch and hope to ride my bike 2 times. I think I could of rode the bike longer today but my butt hurt so much.

    I did my ride 2x's each time for 5 miles burning about 93.0 cal each time. i never went higher than level 2 today because i did my walking DVD before i jumped on the bike. I DVD was for 1 mile which is the lowest level. i was into working out today but my wife decided to workout with me so i was forced me to do it. LOL! hope your workout went well.

  5. call me what you want woman. Oh and did I tell you I love my coffee now, I just started drinking about a month or so ago. Im addicted now...lol...So maybe when i get down to my goal weight I will change my name to javapapa.....Miss ya
