  1. Good point! I would like to lose about 125lbs actually but I'm under 40 years old and I'd like to think my skin is pretty tight... in some areas lol
  2. Hi Everyone! I start my pre-op diet on Thursday... I am now worrying that post-op if I'll have saggy skin, whether ppl will think and wonder if I'm sick and unhealthy. Anyone else with these worries? Has anyone asked their doc when they can begin toning?
  3. Hi Everyone! Hope everyone is sticking to their pre-op diets and mentally preparing for this amazing change! : ) I start my pre-op diet on Thursday... I am now worrying post-op if I'll have saggy skin, whether ppl will think and wonder if I'm sick and unhealthy. Anyone else with these worries? Has anyone asked their doc when they can begin toning?
  4. Glad to hear! Are you home? How are you days post-op?
  5. The seminar is so informative. After that, you'll be ready and determined! Welcome : )
  6. Don't feel bad. Based on my height and weight (308), mine is a 56! The approved right away based on that. You should be fine
  7. Thank you all!! I appreciate reading all of your messages
  8. So I have only chosen a select few family members and friends to share this journey with. Out of that select few, only one gave me a hard time. What are you saying to the nay-Sayers and what do you plan to say to those who don't know but are asking questions about your sudden weight loss?
  9. You look great! How much did you lose during your prediet?
  10. Can you tell me what your abbreviations me? New to the group.
  11. Hi! What does sw, cw, and gw mean?
  12. Good luck!!! Let us know how you're doing!
  13. With mine I had to do 7 months! Just finished June 1 and surgery scheduled July 18. Just go through it. I don't know about yours but with mine if I missed a month i would have had to start all over!
  14. I can't wait to get those accomplishments. I'm still waiting for my surgery - July 18th.
  15. I'll be getting the bariatric fusion which has all the vitamins you need. You just chew 4 per day. I think this site may sell them or promote them actually. I will be drinking First Premier
  16. I didn't know they had powder! I've tried the banana liquid which is pretty good. I start my prediet on July 6th but my doc office is making me drink their powder shakes. I got the premier for after surgery.
  17. My diet is very similar to yours in the sense I have to do just the shakes and yogurt too; however I have to drink their shakes. I plan to drink premier after surgery. The banana flavor is pretty good! Want to try strawberry
  18. I've had the convo also with mine. 10 years and 3 kids here and I'm thinking the same as you. Told things are about to get a lot more fun! Lol
  19. I'll be drinking First Premier
  20. Your OB-GYN can usually write one as well. Mine did and my ins approved it
  21. Same date for me too!!! When do you start your diet? We should keep up with each other! : )
  22. My doctor is placing me on meal replacement shakes (3x a day and I can eat 2 yogurts as long as they are under 200 calories). This is for 12 days and then clear liquids for the last two days. Double check with your doc office but then again every doc is diff!
  23. I'm so glad I just read your post. Mine is July 18th and they told me to start July 6th on the diet. Well looking at your dates made me check mine and I see my dates are incorrect! It's only 12 days! The nurse forgot about the 2 days of clear liquids when calculating. Looks like I'll be starting my diet on July 4th... bummer! : )
