I'll be getting the bariatric fusion which has all the vitamins you need. You just chew 4 per day. I think this site may sell them or promote them actually. I will be drinking First Premier

Vitamins...i started out with Celebrate Multivitamin chewables. (Couldn't stomach them anymore after two weeks) so I switched to the Multivitamin patches. Also take B-12 sublingual (Nature's Own or something like that), calcium citrate (500) by Bariatric Advantage, and started biotin and probiotics (Garden of Life) just a few days ago.

And if you need constant reminders like me of when to take them, etc....the ROUND app is awesome.

Okay, my doctor was talking about Celebrate Vitamins and shakes, they sell them in their office. I have heard that they do not go down too well and they taste bad. I have tasted premier shakes and they are not too bad. lol My doctor does not like the patches, saying that you don't get all the vitamins you need from the patch. I guess it depends on the person.
