  1. Was the cheese comment in response to my post lol ? Many people eat cheese and manage just fine. I've lost 60lbs in 4 months including cheese on my diet. It's in my plan and many others. If cheese causes a stall. Drop it. If it doesn't I don't see the issue. I eat no junk. Just meat veg and cheese . I don't drink milk so some dairy doesn't hurt anyone. 2. OMG why ?? Why did the sleeve cause her to pass away . That is scary and sad. Keep us posted on how you get on. Fish eggs tofu? Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. I'm very confused by both your post. They seem either irrelevent or that you have confused what the op is saying. This individual is not keto. He is a new bariatric paitent so what has that got to do with anything? Your point is don't be afraid of fat ? Why make that point that poster did not tell anyone to be afraid of fat. All she said to the guy is follow your plan as if we are meant to have protein first how is 60% of a meal being fat following the plan. She didn't say not to have healthy fat with healthy protein. But you definitely agree with the poster so what is your point then ? I am so confused your responses are like your responding to a post I can't see. 4. I don't track fat. Nor buy fat free . But if the majority of a meal is fat then it won't satisfy an individual as much of a meal majority protein with some fat. This individual is having problems being ful. So if he lowered fat and swapped some of the fat with increased protein then he may be fuller for longer. 5. My surgeon feels eggs are abit harsh early out. But many people have that as a first food. Or mushed up fish Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

  7. I didn't even realize how fat I was. Now I'm losing weight I feel huge. And when I see myself in mirrors the person in the mirror looks slim so I think there is something wrong with the mirror so I look at the person next to me in the mirror then directly at them they look the same. But rarely do I feel slimmer. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

  21. Yes obviously something was down your throat during surgery. Didn't you perhaps research what the surgery involves? Belching for me is a sign I've eaten to much. Lieing on your side is fine. Frozen smoothie 24 hours after surgery is probably not a good idea. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  22. Are you male or female? I'm female I can only eat a mouthful short of one boiled egg. But for some reason I may be able to eat more if scrambled but I like to eat what causes me the most restrictions. I'm 4 months post. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  23. My usual breakfast ( I don't know if this is optimal or the macros maybe someone else will know. 2 ounce egg whites 1 ounce spinnach 1 ounce cheese. It's so filling for me but not high calories Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  24. I was told a man's stomach is longer than a woman's so you'd have more space. But I'd make sure you eat slower. I'd eat one egg have a break a minute just to make sure you need that second egg the suggestions above makes perfect sense. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
  25. How far post are you again ? Your doctor said you should be having two scrabbldd egg right from first time trying food? That's interesting. I wouldn't lose hope as you are still healing. Your full signs will be different and those will be easier to recognize as you go. I burp when I'm getting abit full. I wonder how you would get on with steak Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
