I just got home from the hospital!! I am sore and excited! I spent 1 night inpatient!

So glad I am looking at this tonight. Exactly what I need. I am 10 months out tomorrow and the last 3 months I've been bad. Drinking
beer. Eating ice cream and candy.
Not everyday. A good week then two bad weeks etc. I will get on the scale in the morning and start from there. I actual think it's only been a few pounds of gain. But I should still be losing. I started at 211. August 15. I was down to 152 two weeks ago. I will restart the plan tomorrow. I have to do low carb and drink the shakes. It's a slippery slope for me with crackers and sweets. I'd prefer to eat rice than meat. Then I'm full of non nutritional food and feel sick.
Thanks to the original poster. Does anyone use my fitness pal? We could also keep track of each other there too?

It took me 6 yrs but finally 4th time around 100% want this surgery for my health to b here for my kids just got all my appointments and steps to begin this all over again. Good thing is already got some of the testing done. So my surgery will b in the end of September beginning of October... Fat for this halloween but gna b skinny for the next..

Well today is day 14 and I just checked in with my nut and she said it's okay that I ate food early. She said it seems as if I am a month ahead as far as I am getting in 70 oz of Water and getting in my Protein. I have no negative sides affects. I have been walking 2 to 4 miles a day and I have lost 13 pounds. I am going to take it day by day and go slow. Hope all is well with everyone

Idk how much Protein each of your shakes contain. If I use mine that would only be a little over 40 grams. Definitely up your protein and see if that helps. Remember the shakes count toward your daily Fluid intake.

It was very informative, but his post-op program is VERY different than my program.

Water. That's the only thing I can think of.
I like to drink iced tea sweetened with Stevia. Always looking for a healthier sweetener though.

Couldn't be happier!
