I am 3 weeks out and I am feeling really depressed and increased aniexty. I have no energy and I feel the same as you like I want to be left alone. I'm not sure why ... I just seen a doctor today and he wants to put me on paxil. I am not much for pills and I am skeptical to take them... I hope the body gets back on track real soon. I lost a total of 14 pounds since surgery. You did amazing! I am at a stand still as well. I wish I Could lose more. I have lost a total of 20 pounds counting the pounds lost during pre- op diet. I hope it moves along for the both of us.

I no longer see my surgeon after surgery you only meet with nurse's and nut that's it, my case may be different than others. I am not encouraging anyone to deviate from there plans. I am just sharing what I have done. I seen my nut yesterday and she said It seems as I am a month ahead of other people that have had surgery on the same day and that I could continue to eat food. Well today is day 14 and I just checked in with my nut and she said it's okay that I ate food early. She said it seems as if I am a month ahead as far as I am getting in 70 oz of water and getting in my protein. I have no negative sides affects. Don't be upset it will happen. We have the same surgery date I have only lost 12 pounds so far. When I went to the doctor's office I was like that's it they said that was good and some people even gained in the beginning keep your head up. Your doing great... Thank you, eggs are on my plan, but not until day 15... I did better today with just three protein shakes. The hardest part is having to cook for four children and not be hungry if I could avoid food I would do just fine. Today I showered while they ate which helped... I am 9 days post op and yesterday I ate 1 scrambled egg. I'm not suppose to until day 15, but I just can't help myself. I feel so hungry since the first day out. I heard I wasn't suppose to feel hungry ,but my doctor said some people are different, but it's likely head hunger.
